Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 90g Butter
- 170g Dark Chocolate
- 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 120g Plain White Flour
- 25g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4tsp Fine Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180ºC
- Grease and line a 20cm baking pan
- Add butter and chocolate to a heat-proof bowl and microwave till nearly melted then stir till completely melted.
- Whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla until pale and creamy
- Add the chocolate mixture and whisk till combine
- In another bowl combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry mixture thoroughly mixing until combined.
- Pour mixture into baking pan.
- Bake for around 30-35 minutes.
- Remove from tin and set on a wire rack to cool before cutting.
